Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To lead brand strategy and implement integrated marketing plans that relate to the business goals in order to drive brand awareness, perception, engagement and sales
- Ensure brand identity and messages are consistently applied across all consumer touchpoints which include, digital marketing but not limited to, online videos and banners, TVC, influencers, and offline activities
- Creating weekly/monthly creative event that meets customer need and current trends
- Define clear and relevant KPIs for brand campaigns
- Responsible for budget strategy and planning on each marketing with its targeted ROI and promotion channel
- Responsible for advertising strategy and planning and its targeted ROAS
- Overview on the result and lead execution on brand’s social assets such as blog, IG, FB, Twitter, Youtube, Line
- Ensure that best-in class project management practices are employed to deliver all brand communications within strategy, budget and deadline
- Own the marketing event budget and make conscientious and calculated decisions on marketing spend
- Liaise with event sponsors to support the success of company event
- Improve relationship and build confidence and reassurance of company and consumers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Persyaratan
- single, maximum 30 years old
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication and reputable university
- Minimal 3 years relevant work experience in Marketing Communication or 3 years relevant work experience in Digital Marketing / Brand Development
- Good looking
- Excellent knowledge of the social media, online marketing and promotion
- Commercial focus, results oriented and an outstanding relationship builder
- Experience coordinating large-scale events
- Keen on global update and market trends
- Proactive, positive and self-motivated with ability to manage small team effectively
- Strong communication skill. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
